Bottle deposit refunds
Deposit refunds are delivered digitally. The refund is transferred to the customer’s UPI ID at the collection point, so no shipment is involved.
Product orders
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of confirmation and delivered across India by our courier partners, usually within 5 to 7 working days. Delivery to remote locations may take longer.
Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown before an order is confirmed. Once dispatched, tracking details are shared by email.
